At every step of the way, you and the people you sent to take care of our relocation, made the move as easy as we possibly could have hoped for.  Crew members were unfailingly professional, effective and efficient as well as pleasant and courteous.  Each of them was a pleasure to deal with. In a number of situations, crew supervisors decided to bring in a larger staff; in each case, that decision made a positive difference to us, since the job got done more quickly and much more effectively.

We very much appreciated the care and attention to our move that each person on each of the crews displayed.  Thank you all so much!

It’s been a little over one month since we moved into our new home and I wanted to express our feelings regarding our move. 

First of all, we found our consultant’s visit to be very helpful and professional.  What with the stories we have heard in recent years about how dreadful an experience it is to deal with some moving companies, we were filled with some trepidation What we found to our delight was that everything you promised came true. 

The morning the truck pulled up at our house, we found your people to be very friendly and once again professional.  Then on July 21st when we were to be moved in, we had a glitch.  I won’t go into it now but suffice to say that when my wife contacted your dispatch office to delay the move, she was met with immediate compassion and understanding.  Then a couple of hours later when the glitch was resolved, she called your dispatch office and she was once again accorded the same kindness.

Your people were marvelous, especially taking into consideration that it was possibly the hottest day of the year.  There was no grumbling from anyone and they just buckled down and did the job.

We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at your company who did so much to make it a successful move for us.
